The greatest happiness is to transform one's feelings into actions ~ Madame de Stael

Happy April Everyone!

Today I'm going to share some green smoothie recipes :)

Some I've made and some I aspire to.... try some of these or mix and match some favorites!

Always use organic fruits & vegetables when possible ~ especially if you're using a Vitamix or high speed blender where you keep the skins on. Frozen fruit can always be substituted ~ but soon we'll be lucky enough to buy the freshest produce from our local farmers markets!
When I began researching green smoothie info I came across Victoria Boutenko, the woman who created the first green smoothie in 1994 while seeking an alternative health path for herself and her family. She has so much to offer and has been one of the many people who have inspired me along this healthy journey.
These recipes are taken from the book "Green Smoothie Revolution" by Victoria Boutenko ~ enjoy!
