They ARE magic. I am drinking a blender full a day.The smoothie of the day today consisted of the base ingredients; spinach, water, celery, carrots, cucumber,then I added 5 mango slices,1/2 cup pineapple chunks and 1 pear. Really delicious. Had one with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even convinced a couple of coworkers to take a sip!
