A little morning magic  :)

Along with losing the weight is the amazing feeling of well being that seems to come from filling my body with wholesome green natural foods. It's really quite amazing how truly simple it is! 


  1. They ARE magic. I am drinking a blender full a day.
    The smoothie of the day today consisted of the base ingredients; spinach, water, celery, carrots, cucumber,then I added 5 mango slices,1/2 cup pineapple chunks and 1 pear. Really delicious. Had one with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even convinced a couple of coworkers to take a sip!
